Terms and Conditions
Charges: All deposits are NON refundable.Any reasonable and unavoidable special fees or charges incurred will be in addition to all charter rates published herein. Tolls and parking is
billed at the same rate charged to Shoreline Livery L.L.C. All rates are flat rates and do not include tolls and gratuity. Gratuity is billed at 15%. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Service between 12:00am and 5:00am will incur a $25.00 surcharge. In town stop fee is $10.00, (En Route )Out of town stop fee is $15.00.Airport wait time first half hour is free and billed at
the normal hourly rate there after. Overtime rate will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
Cancellations and refusal of service: A patron who refuses service, who does not appear at the designated point of pick up or cancellations on the day of service will incur the full rate of
service. Although flights are monitored by Shoreline Livery LLC any changes or delays are the responsibility of the traveler to report. Cancellations will incur a $25 administration fee.
Liability for delays: Shoreline Livery LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by an Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, hazards
of danger due to a state of war (declared or undeclared), accidents, breakdown, hazardous weather conditions, and other conditions beyond the control of the carrier. The Shoreline
Livery LLC does not guarantee to endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agent or employee. The carrier is not to be held liable in any way for a failure to maintain its schedule.
Baggage: Baggage will not be checked and its contents are solely the responsibility of the customer. Personal baggage and other paraphernalia necessary for the purpose of the trip will
be limited to the capacity of the vehicle and will be transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charge. Shoreline Livery L.L.C. is not responsible for articles left in the
vehicle.
Damage to the vehicle: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.The actual
cost of repairs for any damages done to the vehicle's interior or exterior by a party is to be paid by the party chartering the vehicle. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug
use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is
Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Objectionable persons: The carrier reserves the right to refuse transport or to discontinue transport of any person who, in the carrier's judgment, is incapable of taking care of himself or
herself or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to or a danger to other persons, the driver, or the vehicle.
Payments: Payment must be made in full by the date of service. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. All changes and cancellations prior to day
of service will incur a $25 change fee. Day of service cancellations will be charged full fare. Returned checks: There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. Checks must be receivend
cleared by the date of service.
